Mrs. Barnaky was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and was raised in the Tampa Bay area attending Northside Christian School. She went on to receive a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration at the University of Central Florida. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, Mrs. Barnaky returned to the Tampa Bay area when she enrolled at Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Mrs. Barnaky interned at the State Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, as well as the Honorable Judge John Schaefer. Mrs. Barnaky received her law degree and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. Prior to private practice, Mrs. Barnaky was an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted hundreds of cases involving misdemeanor or felony crimes.
As an attorney in the private sector, Mrs. Barnaky practiced Medical Malpractice defense representing physicians, physician extenders, nurses, medical centers and hospitals in a variety of cases including cases involving catastrophic injury or death. Since joining Park, Ossian, Barnaky and Park, P.A., Mrs. Barnaky practices in all areas of civil litigation with a concentration in the areas of Family Law, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, and Probate/Estate.
