This area of our practice encompasses a broad range of legal matters relating to the family, including premarital agreements, divorces, child custody, child support and disputes involving alimony and marital property, including complex business valuation issues.
Appellate practice contemplates the representation of our clients before the Appellate Courts of Florida. Some of our appeals arise from cases previously handled for our clients, although a significant portion of our appellate work is based upon referrals from other law firms, whereby our firm represents the client during the appellate process.
We are particularly proud of our skill and success in representing individuals who have been injured or individuals who have suffered the loss of a loved one. The most common personal injury cases are motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, employment-related injuries, product liability, premises liability, and injuries resulting from negligent or intentional conduct of others.
This portion of our practice encompasses representation of a variety of business clients, from the owners of small businesses to larger corporate and industrial clients. The services we offer in this area of practice include corporate and partnership organization, purchase and sale agreements, employee relations, general contractual matters, and business advice on a broad range of issues relating to individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts.
Certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the areas of law approved for certification. Less than 5% of all lawyers in Florida have earned board certification in any specialty area.
